Legendera Residences Miami Corp was founded in 2025 as the US platform of the Edition Group — with a clear mandate: building a high-quality land portfolio in the most strategically significant micro-locations of Miami Beach.
Miami Beach sits at the intersection of two powerful forces: constrained geography and explosive demand. The barrier island nature of the city means land supply is permanently capped, while global capital, climate migration, and luxury tourism continue to drive prices upward over multi-decade cycles.
Legendera operates within this structural tension. We strategically acquire adjacent and combinable parcels in the most sought-after locations — South Beach, Mid-Beach, and North Beach — and consolidate them into larger, contiguous sites.
Our approach is disciplined, patient, and equity-financed. Our horizon spans ten to thirty years. Our investors are accredited individuals and institutional partners who understand the interplay of scarcity, demographics, and infrastructure over long cycles.

Through incremental assembly of adjacent and combinable parcels, we create larger, contiguous sites — the prerequisite for integrated hospitality and sport facilities that cannot be realized on individual parcels.
Consolidated sites follow one of two exit paths: disposition to institutional developers after value appreciation — or proprietary development of integrated hotel resorts with FIFA-, NBA-, and MLB-compliant sport facilities.
